R&J ITALIAN AT ROMEO & JULIET

A welcome refuge from the bustle of Saigon, Romeo & Juliet – or ‘R&J’, as it’s affectionately called – offers a full range of flavourful, home-style Italian dishes.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Fabrizio Valdetara, the menu dabbles in regional favourites from north to south – from Wagyu osso buco to home-made pasta crafted with imported Italian flour.

The modern dining room exudes a distinctive contemporary flair, with walls of vibrant Italian mosaics, elaborate candelabras and a collection of differently styled dining chairs – a creative nod to the 40 distinctive corners of Italy.

Two beautifully appointed private dining rooms offer intimate spaces in which to host intimate gatherings, while the entire restaurants offers a fantastic venue for grander private events.

Seasonal Delights Alaskan Salmon all’Italiana

From the kitchen of R&J Italian Lounge & Restaurant, experience a refined dinner of fresh Wild Alaskan Salmon served in Italian recipes including appetizers of house smoked salmon served with sour cream and capers, homemade tagliatelle with house smoked salmon, and salmon ravioli with light tomato sauce. For main courses, savor poached salmon served with imported spinach and porcini mushrooms or pan-friend salmon with Sicilian caponata and citrus sauce.

Available à la carte, April’s special salmon offerings start at VND 258,000 per serving.
