Within the elegant setting of Caf\u00e9 Cardinal, guests were treated to a mesmerising and innovative culinary spectacle by masters, bringing this series to a resounding and unforgettable close.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p><strong>\u201cThe Convergent Night\u201d <\/strong>was made even more remarkable by the unprecedented gathering of seven renowned culinary masters in one night:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chef Ho\u00e0ng T\u00f9ng (\u00c5 by TUNG) \u2013 Element of Water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chef Luke Nguy\u1ec5n &amp; Chef Tr\u1ecbnh \u0110\u00ecnh V\u1ecbnh (Vietnam House Restaurant) \u2013\u00a0 Element of\u00a0 Earth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chef L\u00e2m Hu\u1ef3nh (MAGURO Studio) \u2013 Element of Air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chef Siu Hin Chi (Ying Yee Club Hong Kong, Two Michelin Stars) &amp; Chef Wong Fu Keung (Long Tri\u1ec1u Restaurant, One Michelin Star) \u2013 Element of Fire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chef Marcelo Geraldini (Executive Chef, The Reverie Saigon)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>Together, they composed a symphony of flavour and creativity, orchestrating a captivating culinary journey that enchanted every sense.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>To heighten the evening\u2019s allure, the atmosphere was imbued with free-spirited and romantic melodies of live jazz. The graceful and emotive harmonies flowed seamlessly through the night, enriching the ambience with warmth and enchantment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>The culinary journey unfolded like a crescendo of emotions, beginning with <strong>The Origin<\/strong>, a delicate amuse of abalone slow-cooked in exquisite butter, melded with yuzu jelly and Kaviari Osci\u00e8tre caviar, known as the \u201cblack pearl of the sea\u201d. <strong>Still Flame<\/strong> followed, telling the tale of a simmering fire, where matsutake mushrooms were stewed in superior stock at a low and precisely controlled heat to preserve their full aroma and nutritional value. At this point, <strong>Earth&#8217;s Embrace<\/strong> created a bold intertwining of French duck breast marinated in brown butter and Vietnamese fish sauce, slow-cooked with lemongrass and chili, and served alongside fresh ice plants and aromatic truffles. With the appearance of <strong>Brocade Cloud<\/strong>, the Japanese-style steamed ISE egg custard emerged, boasting a cloud-like texture that perfectly embraced the richness of foie gras and the subtle sweetness of charcoal-grilled sea eel. As a true art of fiery sculpture, <strong>Flame&#8217;s Caress<\/strong> saw shrimp flash-fried at the perfect temperature to retain their succulent crispness and sweetness, delicately complemented by creamy egg white sauce. The pinnacle of the evening was <strong>Highlands Tide<\/strong>, a culinary canvas of Japanese A5+ Satsuma Wagyu seasoned with traditional Vietnamese spices such as galangal and lemongrass, then charcoal-grilled and served with seaweed potato pur\u00e9e and rich oyster sauce. The finale, <strong>Lingering Echo<\/strong>, offered a Panna Cotta made from fresh coconut and cream, paired with warm Grappa sauce cooked with mango and blueberry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>The culinary journey was brought to a truly elegant close with exceptional chocolates from Socolatier. Following is <strong>The Imperial Embers<\/strong> with notes of smoky Lapsang tea and aged mandarin peel. Finally, <strong>The Regal Root<\/strong> offered a profound depth, blending earthy Peruvian dark chocolate with winter truffle and a drop of R\u00e9my Martin XO. Each bonbon told its own unique story, woven with passion and artistry, bringing the series to a flawless and satisfying close.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>Adding to the evening&#8217;s magnificence, CAO Fine Jewellery unveiled its exquisite and unique <strong>Legendary \u2013 Paradise Bloom<\/strong> collection. This masterpiece is a culmination of a unique design language and the supreme craftsmanship of master artisans. More than just jewellery, it is a magnificent tribute to the elegance of women.
