This year\u2019s recognition carries even greater significance as it coincides with the 10th anniversary of The Reverie Saigon, where Long Trieu played an integral role in shaping the benchmark for refined and elevated dining experiences in Vietnam.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>At Long Trieu, every dish is crafted with refined simplicity. Rather than relying on elaborate seasonings, Cantonese cuisine celebrates purity of flavours, and the quality of its ingredients creating an exceptional taste. Each creation reflects a thoughtful balance between natural and well-being: cooling dishes for summer and warm for winter. For this reason, the restaurant prioritizes fresh, daily-sourced and seasonal produce to ensure that every plate presented to diners consistently achieves its finest expression.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block-content-override\">\n<p>Accompanying the restaurant\u2019s continued success is Executive Chef Wong Fu Keung, who upholds and enhances the traditional Cantonese culinary excellence.
