The culinary journey begins with the Night of Water, an unexpected and graceful fusion of talents from Chef Hoàng Tùng and Chef Marcelo – a gentle and ethereal beginning.

The journey of water is the genesis of all it touches. There, the cool, pristine flow embodies the nurturing spirit of life itself – fluid and adaptable, yet possessing an undeniable power.
