Established in 1912 in Turin, Italy, the Poltrona Frau brand is synonymous with the very finest in craftsmanship, buttery-soft leathers, and iconic Italian designs.
The company is dedicated to research and innovation, from meticulously selecting raw materials to collaborating with the world’s most renowned designers, including Mario Bellini, Giulio Cappellini, Mario Botta, Shiro Kuramata and Le Corbusier.
Each product, from design to delivery, is managed by in-house experts and is associated with a telling timeframe. Its iconic Chester sofa, for example, takes a painstaking 55 hours to make by hand.
Poltrona Frau at The Reverie Saigon
At Times Square, Poltrona Frau’s showroom presents a spectacular source of design-driven pieces.
At The Reverie Saigon, the Panorama Suite by Poltrona Frau is a nod to some of the brand’s most distinctive works, including a pair of avant-garde San Luca leather armchairs and a pony-skin re-edition of the famed 1965 Gio Ponti-designed Dezza sofa.
The hotel also custom-commissioned an Isidoro cocktail cabinet originally designed by Jean-Marie Massaud to be cleverly reconfigured to house the suite’s refrigerated minibar.
