Spanish Legado – A Tapestry of Flavours, Living, and the Soul of Spain
Commencing the Art De Reverie series, “Spanish Legado” (17 – 21 June 2026) is a curated week dedicated to the abundance of Spanish gastronomy. Guided by the talent of culinary masters and celebrated wine experts from Spain, premium Mediterranean produce is transformed into a privileged tasting experience. Spanish Legado invites guests to savour everything from the luscious textures of Iberico ham and the robustness of Chorizo to aged artisanal cheeses, pristine ocean-fresh seafood, and velvety wines – all weaving a distinctive tapestry of Spanish heritage told through refined culinary artistry.
Selecting Café Cardinal as the stage for its private opening night, Spanish Legado instantly enthralls invited guests with the grandeur of its striking ruby-red mosaic columns. As the night unfolds, live interactions with the guest chefs will lead attendees into an immersive epicurean voyage – a place where culinary excellence seamlessly meets the liberating warmth of Spain’s celebratory heritage.
The highlight of the series features two exclusive Michelin dining nights, where guests explore an exquisite six-course menu. This culinary journey is artfully crafted by two-star Michelin Chef Rafa Centeno, in collaboration with Marcelo Geraldini, Director of F&B and Culinary at The Reverie Saigon, designed bespoke for Spanish Legado.
