Founded by Cesare and Umberto Cassina in 1927, the Cassina brand launched industrial design in Italy during the 1950s, working with notable architects and designers to create fresh new designs. Since 2005, Cassina has been part of the renowned Poltrona Frau Group.
Cassina’s identity lies in an innovative fusion of technological skill and traditional craftsmanship. Its iconic products include the LC Collection designed by Le Corbusier, The Vico Magistretti-designed Maralunga sofa and the MyWorld lounge system conceived by Philippe Starck.
Cassina at The Reverie Saigon
Those interested in trying out Cassina’s beautiful furnishings firsthand can book The Reverie’s Saigon Suite, a 276-square metre haven 38 floors above the city entirely outfitted with iconic works by the brand as well as its parent brand Poltrona Frau – including reproductions of Franco Albini’s Veliero bookcase and the Taliesin dining table and Barrel chairs by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Imagine having that to yourself for a night or two…or three.
