At the helm of The Long @ Times Square’s pizza kitchen is an Italian master pizza chef from Napoli with the region’s finest culinary traditions at heart.
Pair legendary recipes that go back three generations with an imported Acunto brand forno (wood-fired) pizza oven and burrata flown in twice weekly from Italy, and you’ll see why The Long is Saigon’s gold standard for artisanal pizza.
At the gelato bar, its 32 homemade flavours include distinctively regional selections such as soursop, purple sticky rice and salted caramel cashew, amongst more well-recognised ones such as gianduja and tiramisu.
Apart from local specialties, fruits are imported from Italy and France, the chocolate from Belgium and the milk from Germany.
