Lys presents a contemporary approach to French cuisine, where refined French techniques meet Italian culinary influences and the seasonality of Vietnamese ingredients. Led by Chef de Cuisine Fabiana Miccoli, each dish reflects a meeting of culinary cultures, expressed through thoughtful ingredient preparation and a considered balance of flavours.
Inspired by the lily flower, the interior brings together the fluidity of Art Nouveau with Vietnamese craftsmanship, creating an artistic yet intimate setting where the dining experience extends beyond the plate.
Seasonal local produce and house-fermented beverages made with Vietnamese ingredients add a distinctive sense of place to the Lys experience.

Having worked alongside renowned chefs including Heinz Beck and Anne-Sophie Pic, and most recently earning two Michelin stars at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2026, Chef Fabiana brings a culinary style that balances precision with emotion. At Lys, refined French foundations meet the warmth and intuition of Italian cuisine, allowing the natural character of Vietnamese ingredients to shine.
