With over 25 years of experience in the high-end culinary field, Chef Wong Fu Keung currently holds the position of Chef de Cuisine at Long Triều restaurant, a 1-Michelin-starred establishment serving authentic Cantonese cuisine within The Reverie Saigon hotel.

Born in Hong Kong into a family deeply rooted in culinary tradition, Chef Wong early on nurtured a fervent dream of becoming a master chef. Honing his skills through rigorous training at the Chinese Culinary Institute and graduating from the prestigious Master Chef Class (Batch 7), he was further honored with the esteemed title of Cantonese Culinary Master by the World Federation of Chinese Cuisine.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to learning and refining his craft, Chef Wong has amassed numerous prestigious professional certifications, including the Hong Kong Chinese Master Chef Certification and the National First-Class Technician Certificate. He is also an active member of the Guangdong Cuisine Association under the World Federation of Chinese Cuisine and a frequent participant in esteemed industry competitions.
