Saigon’s Finest
Restaurants & Bars

Each outlet strives to leave culinary impressions that are no less memorable than the hotel itself.
At Long Trieu, the country’s most skillful Hong Kongese chefs present the finest Cantonese in all of Vietnam. Jade stones, vermillion and traditional Chinese scenes painted on gold leaf are juxtaposed with chairs and tableware designed by Provasi of Italy to accentuate the restaurant’s stately ambiance.
Lys presents a contemporary approach to French cuisine, where refined French techniques meet Italian culinary influences and the seasonality of Vietnamese ingredients.
Café Cardinal, the hotel’s central gathering place, presents an airy perch with sweeping views of Saigon and captivates with its lively open kitchen.
And at The Long @ Times Square, where 48 metres of bar counter stretches all the way from Dong Khoi Street to Nguyen Hue Boulevard, a wood-fired pizza oven imported from Napoli, classic bar fare and 32 flavours of homemade gelato tempt casual dining, either on The Long’s thoroughfare or in one of two air-conditioned areas.
Each venue cultivates a distinctive ambiance, from Café Cardinal’s lofty and refined setting to Long Trieu’s magnificent jade accents or The Long @ Times Square’s vibrant ambiance. Each is worthy of exploration.
Whether it’s croissants and Vietnamese coffee in the morning, a gourmet sandwich or salad at noon, or cakes, pastries and smoothies all day long, The Reverie Boutique offers an elegant lounge-style environment for dining in or taking away to enjoy.
